§ A3-13. Administrative procedure.

In accordance with the provisions of section 120.52(1)(c), Florida Statutes, the authority shall be considered an agency subject to the Administrative Procedure Act under chapter 120, Florida Statutes, to the extent that the authority is made subject to such act by general law, existing judicial decision, or by other special laws.
