The boundaries of the Dunnellon Airport Authority are hereby established as follows, to wit:

From the south quarter corner of section 25, township 16 south, range 19 east, and the point of beginning of the tract of land hereinafter described, run south 0 degrees 30 minutes 53 seconds west for distance of 921.06 feet to a point; thence run south 84 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds west for a distance of 2,743.41 feet to a point; thence run north 0 degrees 27 minutes 08 seconds east for a distance of 2,032.33 feet to a point; thence run south 89 degrees 23 minutes 52 seconds east for a distance of 372.92 feet to a point; thence run north 0 degrees 36 minutes 08 seconds east for a distance of 60.00 feet to a point; thence run south 89 degrees 23 minutes 52 seconds east for a distance of 2,024.95 feet to a point of curve on a circular curve to the left; thence run easterly and northerly along the arc of said curve, having a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, for a distance of 39.27 feet to a point of tangency; thence run north 0 degrees 36 minutes 08 seconds east for a distance of 95.00 feet to a point; thence run south 89 degrees 23 minutes 52 seconds east for a distance of 308.30 feet to a point; thence run south 0 degrees 30 minutes 21 seconds west for a distance of 1,010.00 feet to the point of beginning.

Except; from the northwest corner of section 36, township 16 south, range 19 east, run south 89 degrees 23 minutes 52 seconds east for a distance of 253.09 feet along the north boundary of said section 36 to a point; thence, departing from said boundary, run south 0 degrees 36 minutes 49 seconds west for a distance of 470.00 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land hereinafter described; thence run south 89 degrees 23 minutes 11 seconds east for a distance of 949.74 feet to a point; thence run south 0 degrees 36 minutes 49 seconds west for a distance of 558.01 feet to a point; thence run south 84 degrees 42 minutes 11 seconds west for a distance of 953.90 feet to a point; thence run north 0 degrees 32 minutes 04 seconds east for a distance of 656.24 feet to the point of beginning, all lying and being in Marion County, Florida.
