§ A9-22. Definitions.

(1)

As used in this act [division], the singular usage includes the plural and the plural usage the singular. The word "shall" is mandatory and the word "may" is permissive.

(2)

As used in this act [division], "conditional zoning" means the adoption, at the time of zoning map amendment (rezoning), of reasonable conditions affecting the development of the property included in the request for zoning map amendment, subject to the limitations of this act [division].
