§ A7-24. [Additional charge for hazardous conditions.]

In the event that hazardous conditions from the standpoint of risk of fire or from the standpoint of firefighting exist, an additional charge may be assessed by reason of such hazardous conditions; provided, however, that such additional charges shall in no case exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), and further provided that the municipal service taxing units for fire protection shall have a lien upon such parcel for charges so assessed.
