§ 10-35. Applicability.
Latest version.
This article shall be effective within the unincorporated area of Marion County and county owned or leased property within the boundaries of Marion County. All special events are required to adhere to chapter 13 (Noise and Vibration Control) of the Marion County Code of Ordinance.
