§ 10-63. Application and approval.

Application for payment pursuant to this article shall be made to the county administrator, or his designee, prior to September 1 of each year. After verification of eligibility, the administrator or his designee shall authorize payment for qualified applicants and shall notify all applicants of the decision in writing. Any applicant who is denied payment may appeal the decision to the board of county commissioners.
