§ 10-104. Penalties.

Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this article, including refusal to allow a law enforcement officer to make an inspection under this article shall, upon conviction, be punished according to law and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed sixty (60) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
