§ 10-122. Renewal of certificate.

Each permit or certificate holder shall file with the county administrator, within one hundred twenty (120) days before expiration, an application for renewal of its certificate or permit. All requirements applicable to initial applicants for certificates of public convenience and necessity or permits shall be applicable to certificate or permit holders seeking to renew their certificates of public convenience and necessity or permits.

The renewal certificate or permit may be approved routinely by the board, or the board may hold a public hearing on same, upon recommendation by the county administrator.
