§ 10-126. Central place of business.

  • Each certificate or permit holder(s) shall maintain a central place of business which shall be located within the designated district, which shall provide two-way radio communication with vehicles, shall keep such business records and daily documentation available for inspection or audit by the county administrator or his or her designee. Every certificate or permit holder(s) shall keep on file with the county administrator or his or her designee a business address and telephone number at which the certificate or permit holder(s) may be reached at all times. This information will be maintained at the county emergency dispatch center.
