§ 10-131. Penalties.

Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this article and any adopted rules and regulations shall be punished by a fine, not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day or fraction thereof that such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
