The board hereby adopts the "Marion County Transportation Impact Fee Update Study,"
dated June 12, 2015, prepared by Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc., and the indexing
methodology of such fees utilizing annual cost increases for construction, land, and
property valuation increases.
