§ 11-91. Public nuisance abatement board—Organization.

(a)

A nuisance abatement board ("the board") is hereby created to function as the administrative board authorized by Florida Statute section 893.138 to hear complaints and render decisions regarding the abatement of public nuisances.

(b)

The board shall consist of the members of the board of county commissioners.

(c)

The rules for the organization of the board shall be those governing the county commission.
