§ 12-841. Established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of F.S. 125.01(1)(q), the Silver Springs Acres Municipal Service Benefit Unit for road maintenance, (hereinafter referred to as the Silver Springs Acres MSBU for road maintenance, or, the "unit") as follows:
(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the Silver Springs Acres MSBU for road maintenance shall consist of all properties of the subdivisions recorded in Plat Book N, Page 086 and Plat Book P, Page 001, of the public records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body for the Silver Springs Acres MSBU for road maintenance shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in F.S. § 125.01(2).
