§ 12-869. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance by county officials.

All costs and expenses incurred by the county or any constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article shall be reimbursed by the Kingsland Country Estates Whispering Pines/Kingsland Country Estates Forest Glenn MSBU for road maintenance to the county or said constitutional officer.
