§ 12-1011. MSBU established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 125.01(1)(q), a MSBU to be known as the NW 17 ^th Avenue-Northwood Improvement Area, or the "unit," as follows:
(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the NW 17 ^th Avenue-Northwood Improvement Area shall consist of all properties included within Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

(b)

The governing body of the NW 17 ^th Avenue-Northwood Improvement Area shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida ("board"), as provided for in F.S. § 125.01(2).
