§ 12-1019. Reimbursement of fund for administrative assistance by county officials.

All costs and expenses incurred by the county or any constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article shall be reimbursed by the NW 17 ^th Avenue-Northwood Improvement Area to the county and said constitutional officer.
