§ 12-1031. MSBU established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 125.01(1)(q), the Ocala Waterway Estates Section 34 Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Maintenance, (hereinafter referred to as the Ocala Waterway Estates Section 34 MSBU for Road Maintenance) as follows:
(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the Ocala Waterway Estates Section 34 MSBU for Road Maintenance shall consist of all properties of the subdivision recorded in Plat Book UNR, Page 254, of the public records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body for the Ocala Waterway Estates Section 34 MSBU for Road Maintenance shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in F.S. § 125.01(2).
