§ 12-1120. MSBU established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Deer Path Estates Phase 1 and Phase 2 Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Maintenance, Mowing and Street Lighting, (hereinafter referred to as the Deer Path Estates Phase 1 and Phase 2 MSBU for Road Maintenance) as follows:
(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the Deer Path Estates Phase 1 and Phase 2 MSBU for Road Maintenance shall consist of all properties of the subdivision recorded in Plat Book 007, at Page 045 of the public records of Marion County, Florida and Plat Book 010 at Page 018 of the public records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body of the Deer Path Estates Phase 1 and Phase 2 MSBU for Road Maintenance shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County Florida as provided for in F.S. § 125.01(2).
