§ 12-1128. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance by county officials.

All costs and expenses incurred by the county or any constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article shall be reimbursed by the Deer Path Estates Phase 1 and Phase 2 MSBU for Road Maintenance to the County or said constitutional officer. Said reimbursement, however, shall not exceed eleven (11) percent of the revenue collected within the Deer Path Estates Phase 1 and Phase 2 MSBU for Road Maintenance within any twelve-month period.
