§ 12-1051. MSBU established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 125.01(1)(q), the Stonecrest Center Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Maintenance, (hereafter referred to as the Stonecrest Center MSBU for Road Maintenance) as follows:

(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the Stonecrest Center MSBU for Road Maintenance shall consist of all properties in:

a.

Stonecrest Center Phase I as recorded in plat book 4, pages 107 thru 109;

b.

Stonecrest Center Phase I-A as recorded in plat book 4, pages 167 thru 168;

c.

Stonecrest Center Phase II as recorded in plat book 8, pages 57 and 58;

d.

Stonecrest Center Phase III as recorded in plat book 9, pages 11 and 12;

e.

Stonecrest Center Phase IV as recorded in plat book 9, pages 113 and 114;

f.

Stonecrest Center Phase IV partial replat as recorded in plat book 11, pages 187 and 188;

And shall include the following roads and drainage area:

1. SE 109 Terrace Road from SE 176 Place road to end, which includes the access easement provided from the Floridian Club Estates plat.

2. SE 174 Place from US 441 to SE 109 Terrace Road.

3. SE 175 Place from US 441 to SE 109 Terrace Road.

4. SE 172 Street from US 441 to SE 109 Terrace Road.

5. Tract C according to the plat of Stonecrest Center Phase IV as recorded in plat book 9, pages 113 and 114.

(b)

The governing body of the Stonecrest Center MSBU for Road Maintenance shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in F.S. § 125.01(2).
