§ 12-1091. MSBU established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 125.01(1)(q), the Paradise Farms Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Roadside Mowing, (hereafter referred to as the Paradise Farms MSBU for Mowing) as follows:
(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the Paradise Farms MSBU for Mowing shall consist of all properties in the subdivision recorded in Plat Book 010, at Page 020 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body of the Paradise Farms MSBU for Mowing shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in F.S. § 125.01(2).
