§ 12-1099. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance by county officials.

All costs and expenses incurred by the county or any constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article shall be reimbursed by the Paradise Farms MSBU for Roadside Mowing to the county or said constitutional officer. Said reimbursement, however, shall not exceed eleven (11) percent of the revenue collected within the Paradise Farms MSBU for Roadside Mowing within any twelve-month period.
