§ 12-1130. Purpose.

The NW 49th/35th Street MSBU for DRA Maintenance is hereby established for the purpose of providing DRA maintenance to parcel 13718+002-00. DRA maintenance shall include but not be limited to mowing, pipe and structure maintenance, other routine drainage facility maintenance, and extraordinary maintenance, such as sinkhole repair, consistent with county practices as may be periodically amended.
