§ 12-86. District established; boundaries.

There is hereby established the Silver Springs Shores Special Tax District as follows: The area for the taxing unit shall consist of units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 14, 15, 27, 28, 29 (as replatted), 30, 40, 43, 47, 48, 49, 57, 62, 65, 66, 67, 68 and replat block 197 of unit 15, all of Silver Springs Shores as recorded in plat book J of the public records of the county, less the Lake Diamond Golf and Country Club and the Lake Diamond Golf and Country Club North Planned Unit Developments as shown on the master plans thereof approved by Marion County on January 8, 2001.
