§ 12-181. Established; boundaries; purpose.

(a)

There is hereby established the Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Fire Protection and Community Resource Facilities. The boundaries of such unit shall be as follows:

The area for the Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Fire Protection and Community Resource Facilities shall consist of Rainbow Lakes Estates as shown on plat on pages 136, 138, 139, 146, 147, and 148 of book F; and pages 113, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 059, 081 and 090 of book G; and page 054 of book H of the Official Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Fire Protection and Community Resource Facilities is hereby established for the purpose of providing for fire protection in the area described in subsection (a).
