§ 12-188. Reimbursement for administrative assistance.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of the county in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Fire Protection and Community Resource Facilities to the constitutional officer. Reimbursement, however, shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenue collected within the Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Fire Protection and Community Resource Facilities within any twelve-month period.
