§ 12-261. Established; boundaries; purpose.

(a)

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Ocala Park Estates Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Road Improvements as follows:

The area for the Ocala Park Estates Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Road Improvements shall consist of the Ocala Park Estates subdivision as recorded in Plat Book G at pages 109, 109A, and 109B and Plat Book H at pages 18, 19, 49, 49A, 73, 73A, 73B, 73C, 73D, 73E, and 73F of the Official Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The Ocala Park Estates Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Road Improvements is hereby established for the purpose of providing road improvements in the area described in subparagraph (a) above.
