§ 12-268. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by Ocala Park Estates Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Road Improvements to said constitutional officer. Said reimbursement, however, shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenues collected within the Ocala Park Estates Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Road Improvements within any twelve-month period.
