§ 12-641. Establishment.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Ocala Heights Units 1 and 3 Subdivision Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting as follows:

(a)

The area for the Ocala Heights Units 1 and 3 Subdivision Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting shall consist of:

(1)

Ocala Heights Unit 1—A subdivision recorded in Plat Book "B", at Page 35 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(2)

Ocala Heights Unit 3—A subdivision recorded in Plat Book "X", at Page 42 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body for the Ocala Heights Units 1 and 3 Subdivision Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
