§ 12-661. Establishment.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of Article VII, Section 1 of the Florida Constitution, F.S. §§ 125.01(1)(q) and 125.66, Florida Statutes, the Indian Meadows Subdivision Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting as follows:
(a)

The area for the Indian Meadows Subdivision Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting shall consist of the Indian Meadows subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "4," at Page 138 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body of the Indian Meadows Subdivision Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in § 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
