§ 12-662. Purposes.

The Indian Meadows Subdivision Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting is hereby established for the purpose of providing street lighting and incidental services benefitting the subdivision including installation and maintenance of the entry signage to the subdivision, and installation and maintenance of main entrance landscaping for the subdivision described in paragraph (a) of section 12-661.
