§ 12-682. Unit established; boundaries.

There is hereby established the Marion County Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Emergency Medical Services and Fire Protection and Rescue Services. The boundaries of the unit shall be coterminous with all the unincorporated areas of the county existing on January 1, 2003, and on the first day of January each year thereafter. In addition, the unit shall include the municipalities of Belleview, Reddick, and McIntosh subject to the consent by ordinance of the governing body of said municipalities.
