§ 12-687. Expenditure of tax revenue.

Those funds obtained from the levy of an ad valorem tax on all real and taxable tangible property within the boundaries of the Marion County Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Emergency Medical Services and Fire Protection and Rescue Services shall be used solely for the purpose of providing emergency medical services and fire protection and rescue services to the citizens of Marion County.
