There is hereby established the Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Service Taxing Unit
for Recreation Services and Facilities as follows: The area for the taxing unit shall
consist of Rainbow Lakes Estates as shown on the plat on pages 136, 138, 139, 146,
147, and 148 of book F; and pages 113, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 059, 081 and
090 of book G; and page 054 of book H of the official records of the county.
