§ 12-821. Established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of F.S. § 125.01(1)(q), the Kingsland Country Estates Unit 22/Ocala Waterway Estates Unit 27 Municipal Service Benefit Unit for road maintenance, (hereinafter referred to as the Kingsland Country Estates Unit 22/Ocala Waterway Estates Unit 27 MSBU for road maintenance, or, the "unit") as follows:
(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the Kingsland Country Estates Unit 22/Ocala Waterway Estates Unit 27 MSBU for road maintenance shall consist of all properties of the subdivisions recorded in Plat Book L, Page 058 and Plat Book K, Page 052, of the public records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body for the Kingsland Country Estates Unit 22/Ocala Waterway Estates Unit 27 MSBU for road maintenance shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in F.S. 125.01(2).
