§ 12-829. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance by county officials.

All costs and expenses incurred by the county or any constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article shall be reimbursed by the Kingsland Country Estates Unit 22/Ocala Waterway Estates Unit 27 MSBU for road maintenance to the county or said constitutional officer.
