  • There is hereby established the Hills of Ocala Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Recreation Services and Facilities as follows: The subdivision of Rolling Hills as shown on pages 58a through 58p of Plat Book "K," pages 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 42, 43, 54, 55, 56, 57, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91 of Book "L," pages 64, 65, 66, 67, of Plat Book "N," pages 92, 93, 94, 95 of Plat Book "R" and pages 39, 40, 41, 42, 91 of Plat Book "T"; and Rolling Ranch Estates as shown on pages 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, of Book "K" of the official records of the county;

    That portion of the entire width of the abandoned Atlantic Coast Line Railroad right-of-way which lies west of the east boundary of Section 32, Township 15 South, Range 20 East, east of the west boundary of Section 6, Township 16 South, Range 20 East and southerly of and adjacent to Rolling Hills Unit 5 as recorded in Plat Book "L", pages 77 through 91 of the public records of Marion County, Florida.
