§ 12-747. Expenditures of tax revenue.

No funds of the Hills of Ocala Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Recreation Services and Facilities shall be used for any purpose other than the administration and operation of the affairs of the municipal service taxing unit for recreation services and facilities as authorized by the enumerated powers as provided for in this article.
