There is hereby established the Marion Oaks Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Recreation
Services and Facilities as follows: The area for the taxing unit shall consist of
all properties described within Marion Oaks Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
and 12 as described on pages 1-236 inclusive, Plat Book "O", of the Official Records
of Marion County, Florida.
