§ 12-788. Reimbursement for administration assistance.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of the county in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by Marion Oaks Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Improvements to the constitutional officer. Reimbursement shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenues collected within the Marion Oaks Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Improvements within any twelve-month period.
