§ 12-801. Establishment.

(a)

There is hereby established the Little Lake Weir-Edgewater Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting as follows:

Little Lake Weir, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Books F & G at Pages 108 and 92 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida

and

Belweir Acres, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book G, at page 68 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida

and

Edgewater Estates, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book N, at Page 79 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida

and

Replat of Edgewater Estates, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book V, at Page 11 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida

except

Lots 1 & 2 Block H, Little Lake Weir First Addition, Plat Book G, Page 92 & 92A

Lots 1 thru 6, Block G, Little Lake Weir First Addition, Plat Book G, Page 92 and 92A.

(b)

The Little Lake Weir-Edgewater Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting is hereby established for the purpose of providing for street lighting.
