§ 12-808. Reimbursement for administration assistance.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of the county in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by Little Lake Weir-Edgewater Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting to the constitutional officer. Reimbursement shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenues collected within the Little Lake Weir-Edgewater Estates Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Street Lighting within any twelve-month period.
