§ 12-218. Reimbursement for administrative assistance.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of the county in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by Golden Hills Turf and Country Club Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Road Improvements to the constitutional officer. Reimbursement shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenues collected within the Golden Hills Turf and Country Club Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Road Improvements within any twelve-month period.
