§ 12-246. Established; boundaries; purpose.

(a)

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of Section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Rainbow's End Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Municipal Services as follows:

The area for the Rainbow's End Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Municipal Services shall consist of the Rainbow's End subdivision as recorded in Plat Book F at Page 97 and Plat Book G at pages 24, 25, and 107 of the Official Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The Rainbow's End Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Municipal Services is hereby established for the purpose of providing general municipal services in the area described in subparagraph (a) above.
