§ 12-253. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by Rainbow's End Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Municipal Services to said constitutional officer. Said reimbursement, however, shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenues collected within the Rainbow's End Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Municipal Services within any twelve-month period.
