§ 12-279. Authorizing special assessments on a per parcel basis.

(a)

Road improvements as authorized by this article may be funded by special assessments on a per parcel basis not to exceed one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per year. The board may adjust assessments against individual parcels on the basis of justice and right.

(b)

For the purpose of this section "parcel" means a platted lot shown on the plats referred to in subsection 12-276(a).
