§ 12-314. Reimbursement of funds for administration assistance by county officials.

All costs and expenses incurred by the county or any constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article shall be reimbursed by the Marion Oaks MSTU to the county or said constitutional officer.
