§ 12-321. Establishment.

(a)

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Tompkins and Georges Addition to Dunnellon Municipal Service Taxing Unit as follows:

The area for the Tompkins and Georges Addition to Dunnellon Municipal Service Taxing Unit shall consist of Block B1, Lots 1 through 6, Lots 8 through 19 and Lots 21 through 24; Block B2, Lots 1 through 11 and Lots 14 through 24; Block B3, Lots 1 through 24, Block B4, Lots 1 through 24; Block B5, Lots 1 through 17 and Lots 20 through 24; Block B6, Lots 1 through 24; Block B7, Lots 1 through 12 and Lots 14 through 24; Block B8, Lots 1 through 24; Block B9, Lots 1 through 24; Block B10, Lots 1 through 24; Block B11, Lots 1 through 9 and Lots 11 through 12; Block B12, Lots 1 through 12; and Lots 1 through 47 and Lots 50 through 164 of the Tompkins and Georges Addition to Dunnellon Plat as recorded in Plat Book A at Page 28 of the Officials Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body for the Tompkins and Georges Addition to Dunnellon's Municipal Service Taxing Unit shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
