§ 12-341. Establishment.

(a)

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Country Estates Buffington Addition Municipal Service Taxing Unit as follows:

The area for the Country Estates Buffington Addition Municipal Service Taxing Unit shall consist of Block A, Lots 1 through 16; Block B, Lots 1 through 16; Block C, Lots 1 through 16, Block D, Lots 1 through 14; Block E, Lots 1 through 7; Block F, Lots 1 through 13 of the Country Estates Buffington Addition Plat as recorded in Plat Book Z at Page 19 of the Official Records of Marion County, Florida.

(b)

The governing body for the Country Estates Buffington Addition Municipal Service Taxing Unit shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
