§ 12-416. Establishment.

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Delcrest Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services as follows:
(1)

The area of the Delcrest Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services shall consist of the Delcrest Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "W", at Page 11 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(2)

The governing body for the Delcrest Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services shall be the board of county commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
